    1. Agreement

    By using this website or engaging our roofing and building services, you agree to these terms and conditions. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Gwent Roofing and Building Maintenance, operated by Geraint Ford, 23 Ashvale, Tredegar, NP22 4AG.

    2. Estimates & Quotations

    All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment. Request your free estimate.

    3. Workmanship Guarantee

    All work carried out by Gwent Roofing is covered by our workmanship guarantee. The guarantee period varies by service — typically 10 years for repairs and up to 20 years for full roof replacements. Material warranties from manufacturers apply separately and in addition to our guarantee.

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment terms are agreed before work begins. For larger projects, staged payments may be arranged. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work. We accept bank transfer and cheque.

    5. Cancellations

    You may cancel a booking with at least 48 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee to cover materials already purchased or time allocated.

    6. Liability

    Gwent Roofing and Building Maintenance is fully insured for public liability and employer's liability. We take every precaution to protect your property during the course of our work. Any damage caused directly by our team will be rectified at our expense.
